Qualifications
The application process for the Bob and JoAnn Martinez Scholarship is designed to be straight forward, encouraging all eligible students to apply with confidence. This scholarship not only supports aspiring artists but also serves as a reminder of the sacrifices made by their parents and the protections provided by Teamsters Local 70.
Eligibility
Must be a child of a current member of Teamsters Local 70
Major
Must be pursuing a practical arts major. Eligible fields include, but are not
limited to: Radio, Film, Television, Theater, Visual Arts, Music, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Dance, Interior Design, Culinary Arts, Animation, Dance

GPA
Minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher
Enrollment
Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited college, university, or community college
Documentation
Finalists will be asked to send in proof of GPA, Major, and Enrollment
Distribution
The Bob and JoAnn Martinez Scholarship for the Arts will be provided as a gift to the recipient, intended to support their educational pursuits in practical arts majors. Recipients are encouraged to use the funds primarily for qualified educational expenses, such as tuition, fees, and required supplies.
